Ep2 is a new way for people to make life better in disadvantaged places.
We coach people who live and work in communities across the East Midlands, and we give them the skills they need to improve their neighbourhoods.
For anyone who is trying to improve their community, Ep2 stands for Enterprising People, Enterprising Places.
If you work at local level on social regeneration (for example as a neighbourhood manager or development worker) or you’re a community leader, our training improves your coaching skills. So you’re able to coach others to help them create a better neighbourhood.
If you live in a disadvantaged area, community engagement training helps you to unlock your own potential. It helps you and those around you to take greater control of your neighbourhood so that, together, you can make it a better place to live.
All our training programmes are available for individuals, organisations and community groups. They are flexible, effective and delivered locally. We organise open events with set course content as well as bespoke training and development.
The Ep2 programme is now being made available across the East Midlands.
